Since the company’s inception in December 1993, we have continued to focus our efforts in two main areas, people and technology. Our other supporting investments have centered on continuing to provide our employees with both the infrastructure and regional support required to ensure they have all the professional tools and training to effectively and efficiently deliver the results that grow our clients business.

We have over 320 full-time employees and over 2,300 field positions. This includes all Part-Time and contract Full Time, as well as Tactical employees. We have access to an additional 3,000-5,000 screened candidates through our Human Resources Department and our “Oracle” WEB database and can have an additional 500-1500 staff employed by the company at any point in time. As well, we have over 152,000 un-screened applications in our iRecruitment system.
